3. Refund Policy:
3.1. Refunds are available on request within 7 days of the original purchase date.
3.2. To request a refund, participants must contact Abmentor at info@abmentor.com with the subject line “Refund Request” and provide the reason for the refund.
3.3. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the refund request.

4. Participant Responsibilities:

4.2. Participants are required to keep their login credentials confidential and not share them with others.

5. Course Access:
5.1. Participants will receive access to the Course immediately upon successful completion of the payment.
5.2. Access to the Course is provided for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

7.2. The Course is intended for educational purposes only, and Abmentor is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by participants based on the information provided.

8. Amendments:
8.1. Abmentor reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
8.2. Participants will be notified of any changes through email or through the Course platform.

9. Governing Law:
9.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
9.2. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through the appropriate legal channels.
